This page explains how to request deletion of your InklikEdu School CRM account and the data associated with it. Accounts in InklikEdu School CRM are provisioned by your school administrator and you sign in with Google, so account deletion is handled on request.

How to request deletion

Email hello@inklikedu.com from the email address you use to sign in.
Use the subject line "Delete my account" and mention your school name.
We verify the request and delete your account and associated personal data. Your school administrator can also deactivate and delete your account directly.

What is deleted

Your user account and profile information (name, email, profile photo).
Your personal preferences and app activity (favorites, comments you authored, and follow-up records tied to your account).

What may be retained

Admission enquiry (lead) records belong to your school and may be retained by the school for its own admissions and record-keeping. We may also retain limited information where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Retained data is kept no longer than necessary.

Timeline

Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days of verification.
